Sauvignon blanc white wine from Casablanca Valley, Chile. Nice clear, light complexion. Light bodied. Mix of apple, pear and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Pineapple, pear, apple, grapefruit and lime in the mouth. Very light taste. Rather dry, with a lot of acidity and a delayed finish. Easy to drink. Pairs well with turkey, chicken, fish, salads and mild cheese. 12.5% ABV. Price: $10.00.
