Pierre Angulaire Bordeaux Blanc 2018Sauvignon Blanc white wine from Bordeaux, France. Organically grown and organically fermented. Blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon and 10% muscadelle. Light complexion. Pear, apple and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Apple, grapefruit, lime, pear and a little pineapple in the mouth. Light to medium acidy and rather dry. Bold flavor and a light finish. Pairs well with roast turkey, mild cheese and appetizers. 12% ABV. Price: $14.99.
