Castieres de Nimes Mata’Or 2019 GSMLimed edition GSM red wine from France. Recommended to decant 2 hours before consumption. Blend of grenache, syrah and mourvedre. Deep complexion. Full bodied. Blackberry on the nose. Peppery with blackberry and chocolate notes in the mouth. Oaky, very bold and fairly smooth with a lot of tannins. Very dry, with high acidity. Pairs well with smoked sausage, smoked beef brisket and cheese. 14.5% ABV. Price: $14.99.
