Shiraz red wine from South Australia. Bold complexion. Full bodied. Cherry, oak, and pepper on the nose. Cherry, plum, pepper, spices and oak with a hint of chocolate and licorice in the mouth. Very bold and dense. Medium tannins. Sweet when first on the tongue but very dry going down, with medium acidity. Smooth, silky finish. Pairs with grilled burger, roast beef, lamb and cheeses. 13.9% ABV. Price: $5.99.
