Very bold and dense. Medium tannins. Sweet when first on the tongue but very dry going down, with medium acidity. Smooth, silky finish. Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from South Australia. Deep ruby red complexion. Fairly full bodied. Very berry aromas of cherry, blackberry and black currant. The fruits are strong in this one with cherry, black currant and a little plum in the mouth. A little oak and a little bold. Very dry and very tannic with a fair amount of acidity. A decent, long finish. Pairs well with grilled steak, cheese and puto. 14.0% ABV. Price: $5.99.
