Black cherry, blackberries, dark chocolate and just a hint of strawberry. Twinge of smokiness. Starts strong and smooths out with a silkiness as it goes down to the back of the throat. Dry with medium tannins. Pairs with smokier meats and smoked cheeses. Better served with food than on its own. 15.1% ABV. Price: $19.99.

Somewhat oaky and spicy, with a little vanilla and tobacco on the palate. Rather dry and very tannic. Complex finish, with lots of different flavors. Easy to drink with or without food. Oaky and matured with black cherry and blackberry with a hint of raspberry on the tongue. A little jammy. Dry with mild to medium tannins. Decent smoky finish with plum at the end. Pairs well with pizza and cheeses. 14.5% ABV. Price: $16.99.
