Red blend wine from France. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot. Dark red complexion. Full bodied. Complex aromas of cherry, raspberry and chocolate on the nose. Complex and jammy flavors of Cherry, black cherry, raspberry, and dark chocolate in the mouth. Oaky and fairly bold with fairly smooth tannins. Very dry, with a long, smooth finish and a tinge of sweetness at the end. Pairs with beef, lamb and pasta with meat sauce. Best served chilled. 14% ABV. Price: $7.99.
