Sauvignon Blanc white wine from Bordeaux, France. Organically grown and organically fermented. Blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon and 10% muscadelle. Light complexion. Pear, apple and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Apple, grapefruit, lime, pear and a little pineapple in the mouth. Light to medium acidy and rather dry. Bold flavor and a light finish. Pairs well with roast turkey, mild cheese and appetizers. 12% ABV. Price: $14.99.

Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from South Australia. Deep ruby red complexion. Fairly full bodied. Very berry aromas of cherry, blackberry and black currant. The fruits are strong in this one with cherry, black currant and a little plum in the mouth. A little oak and a little bold. Very dry and very tannic with a fair amount of acidity. A decent, long finish. Pairs well with grilled steak, cheese and puto. 14.0% ABV. Price: $5.99.

Red blend of 70% Alicante and 30% Syrah from France. Full bodied. Aromas of cherry, pepper and plum. Black cherry, blackberry and black pepper in the mouth. Loaded with fruit. Jammy and peppery with a lot of tannins. Rather dry and bold, with medium acidity and a short finish. Pairs well with brie, burger and bbq. Also paris with smoked cheddar. 12.5% ABV. Price: $9.99.
