Paris Valley Road 2017 Founder’s BlendRed blend from Paso Robles, California. Varietal blend of 43% Petite Syrah, 29% Zinfandel/Primitivo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah and 2% Merlot. Dark complexion. Full bodied. Bold mix of cherry and blackberry on the nose. Nice mix of cherry, blackberry, raspberry and vanilla with a hint of strawberry in the mouth, and a little plum and licorice at the end. Oaky and bold. Medium tannins. Very dry, with medium acidity and a nice, smooth finish. Pairs with steak and hard cheese. 14.5% ABV. Price: $14.99.
