Nebbiolo red wine from Italy. Interesting rich red complexion. Full bodied. Cherry and oaky on the nose. Cherry, raspberry and oak in the mouth. Very earthy and very bold. Lots of heavy tannins. Very dry with high acidity and a very long finish. Pairs with bison and other gamier meats. May be best served chilled and decanted. 14% ABV. Price: $12.99.
