Cherry, raspberry, strawberry, plum and vanilla in the mouth. A little oaky, earthy and medium bold. Lots of tannins that smooth out as it opens up. Red wine from Piemonte, Italy. 90% Nebbiolo and 10% Arneis. Beautiful light, clear ruby red color. Light bodied. Cherry, raspberry and oak on the nose. Very strong maraschino cherry with raspberry, a little oak and mushroom in the mouth. Medium boldness. Medium tannins. Very dry, with medium acidity and a long finish. Refreshing taste and easy to drink. Vintner recommends chilling the wine to ~60°F before serving. Pairs well with steak, pizza, cheese and appetizers. 13% ABV. Price: $14.99.
