Red blend from France. 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Very dark red complexion. Full bodied. Black cherry and strawberry on the nose. Cherry, strawberry and oaky in the mouth. Earthy and fairly bold. Lots of tannins. Very dry, with a fairly long, smooth finish. Pairs with beef, poultry and cheese. 14.5% ABV. Price: $5.99.
