Caleo Salice Salentino 2018Negroamaro red wine from Southern Italy. Deep ruby red complexion. Full bodied. Strong blackberry and earthy scents on the nose. Strong blackberry, blackberry and licorice with a hint of chocolate in the mouth. Earthy and very bold. Medium tannins. A little sweet on the tongue and fairly dry going down, with a little acidity and a medium finish. Best served chilled with food. Pairs with steak and cheese. 13% ABV. Price: $9.99.
