Cabernet Sauvignon Proprietary Red from California. Deep red complexion. Full bodied. Strong aromas of cherry, plum and red fruit and oak. A lot of cherry with plum, blackberry, boysenberry, plum and a hint of chocolate in the mouth. Oaky, earthy and very bold. Lots of tannins. Sweet tinge on the tongue and very dry on the way down with an alcohol taste and a long finish. Pairs with grilled beef. 13.5% ABV. Price: $14.99.

Dark fruits in the mouth, with black cherry, blackberry, Oak and leather. Medium tannins. Earthy, but not too much. Bold and dry with medium acidity and a light finish. Oaky, lightly buttery and a bit bold for a white wine. Dry, but not too dry with medium acidity and a short finish. well matured. Pear flavor becomes more pronounced the longer it is decanted. Pairs well with chicken, fish and a mac and cheese. 13.4% ABV. Price: $14.79.
