Peppery with blackberry and chocolate notes in the mouth. Oaky, very bold and fairly smooth with a lot of tannins. Very dry, with high acidity. Pairs well with smoked sausage, smoked beef brisket and cheese. 14.5% ABV. Price: $14.99.
